Facilities
Whether it’s for a sport class, a corporate function, a milestone birthday, a wedding, or a funeral, we hope that the rustic look and feel of the Bush Hall & Kitchen and the scenic Ashby Reserve will make your family get-together or special event extra special.
We, as the Ashby Hall Reserve Crown Land Manager (CLM), are responsible for the care, control and management of the venue. The core purpose of the CLM is to provide and maintain this vital sports and leisure facility for Ashby & surroundings.
If you use the barbecue or sports court, we ask you for a small donation. There is a yellow donation box in the form of a converted gas bottle near the barbecue shelter. You can't miss it! Please also clean up afterwards.
While a Public Recreation Reserve Land Manager is a corporation, established under the Crown Lands Act 1989 to manage a Crown Reserve on behalf of the community, the Ashby Hall Reserve CLM is not conducted for private profit and it’s not a branch of a department of Government. Any profits of the venue hire and any donations will be used for the upkeep of the facilities, so it all flows back the Ashby Community.
If you have any questions about the venue you can contact us.
We hope you have a lovely time,
the Ashby Hall Reserve CLM Board
